New brand sales in Pakistan: MiniKo made Rs 10 lakh in 45 days with Marksol

MiniKo, a new kids and baby clothing brand in Pakistan, started with no store, no ads and no content. In 45 days with Marksol it made over Rs 10 lakh from 440 orders.

Rs 1.02 million in sales from 440 orders and 23,600 store visits in the first 45 days

A 1.82% conversion rate: about 2 in every 100 visitors placed an order, almost all of them cash on delivery.

Main Meta campaigns returned 9.2x to 10.7x ROAS. The combo offer was the best at 10.72x

About Rs 83,000 in Meta ad spend in 30 days, with around Rs 7.8 lakh in sales recorded by Meta.

The plan: trusted store first, content second, purchase campaigns third, daily management always

Short answer: MiniKo is a new kids and baby clothing brand in Pakistan. It started with no store, no ads and no content. In its first 45 days with Marksol it crossed Rs 10 lakh (Rs 1.02 million) in sales from 440 orders. Meta ads brought back around Rs 9 to 10 for every Rs 1 spent. This is what new brand sales in Pakistan can look like when the basics are done right. This article shows the real numbers, what we did, and how another small brand can copy the same plan.

Most “case studies” online show one big number and nothing else. Here we show the screens we actually work from every day: the Shopify dashboard and the Meta Ads Manager. Everything below comes from MiniKo’s own accounts, which Marksol has managed from day one.

A quick note on the numbers: Shopify counts every order, from ads, Instagram, WhatsApp and people coming back on their own. Meta only counts the sales it can link to an ad. That is why the two totals are not the same, and why we always judge a campaign by both.

Who is MiniKo?

MiniKo is a Pakistani startup brand that sells baby clothes, newborn gift sets and kids’ accessories online. When the owner came to us, the brand had products but nothing else in place: no website, no ad account set up for selling, no product photos made for social media, and no plan.

The owner gave Marksol the full job, and still does today:

Store: we designed and built the Shopify store from scratch.
Content: we create the brand's photos and social media content.
Ads: we run and manage all the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads.
Store management: we manage the store day to day, from products and offers to collections and updates.

Having one team handle all four parts matters more than most people think. When the person running ads can also change the product page or the offer the same day, problems get fixed in hours, not weeks.

Step 1: Build a store that people trust enough to order from

In Pakistan, most people do not know a new brand. Before they order, they ask themselves three questions: Is this real? Will I get what I see? Can I pay when it arrives?

So the store was built to answer those questions quickly:

Cash on delivery (COD) everywhere. Almost every MiniKo order is COD. On the orders page, nearly all new orders show "Payment pending", which simply means the customer will pay the rider. If your store pushes card payment first, you lose most Pakistani buyers.
Clear photos of the real product. Parents buying for a baby want to see the fabric, the size and the full set, so the product photos show exactly what arrives in the box.
Simple navigation. Shop All, Shop by Category, New Arrivals, Best Sellers and Sale are all in the top menu, so a mother on her phone can find things in two taps.
Trust details on the page. A "Track Your Order" link, the delivery and shipping policy and the privacy policy are easy to find in the footer.

The result was a 1.82% conversion rate. In simple words, about 2 out of every 100 people who opened the store placed an order. For a brand nobody had heard of a few weeks earlier, that is a strong start, and it is the reason the ads could stay profitable.

Step 2: Make content before you spend on ads

Ads only work as well as the pictures and videos inside them. A lot of new brands put money into ads with one product photo taken on a phone, then decide that “ads don’t work”.

For MiniKo, the content we create focuses on three things:

Product photos that match the brand's warm, soft baby-shop look.
Photos of sets and combos together, so a buyer sees everything they get in one image.
Regular posts for Instagram and Facebook, so people who checked the page saw an active, real brand.

Good content also lowers the cost of ads. When people stop scrolling and click, Meta shows your ad to more people for the same money.

Step 3: Run Meta ads that are built to sell, not just to get likes

Here is the real breakdown of MiniKo’s Meta campaigns for the last 30 days (28 September to 27 October 2026). These are the numbers straight from Ads Manager.

MiniKo Meta Ads Manager campaigns: purchases and cost per purchase
MiniKo Meta Ads Manager: purchases and cost per purchase by campaign

Main sales campaignWebsite purchasesRs 56,069203 purchasesRs 276Rs 5,43,1349.69x
Combo offer campaignWebsite purchasesRs 13,36738 purchasesRs 352Rs 1,43,31510.72x
Second product rangeWebsite purchasesRs 7,36126 purchasesRs 283Rs 67,5559.18x
GiveawayProfile and page visitsRs 14897 visitsRs 1.52Not a sales goal–

Two smaller campaigns also ran in the same period and returned 3.96x and 4.70x. They were kept small on purpose, because their job was to test, not to scale.

What ROAS means in plain words: ROAS is “return on ad spend”. A ROAS of 9.69 means that for every Rs 1,000 spent on ads, Meta recorded about Rs 9,690 in sales. In our experience, most small brands in Pakistan are happy with 3x to 4x. MiniKo’s main campaigns stayed above 9x.

MiniKo Meta Ads Manager: ROAS and purchase value by campaign

What made these ads work

One main campaign got most of the budget. Instead of spreading Rs 500 across ten campaigns, the main sales campaign ran at Rs 3,500 a day. Meta needs enough budget and enough purchases to learn who your buyers are. Splitting money too thin keeps every campaign stuck in "learning".
Combos gave the best return. The combo offer campaign had the highest ROAS of all, 10.72x. Parents like buying a complete set, and a combo raises the order value without raising the ad cost much. If you sell anything that goes together, test a combo early.
The goal was purchases, not likes. Every main campaign was set to "website purchases", so Meta looked for people who buy, not people who only like and scroll.
Small campaigns stayed small. Campaigns that returned around 4x did not get the main budget. Most of the money went to the campaigns with the best return.
Giveaways were used for the page, not for sales. A tiny giveaway campaign brought 97 profile visits for Rs 148. That builds an Instagram audience cheaply, which later sees the sales ads. Never judge a giveaway by sales.

Step 4: Manage the store every day, not once a month

The fourth part is the least exciting and the most important. Someone has to look at the store and the ads every single day:

Which product is selling and needs more stock or a bigger spot on the home page?
Which ad is getting tired and needs a fresh photo or video?
Which offer should run this week?
Are orders being confirmed and shipped on time?

Because Marksol manages MiniKo’s store, content and ads together, these small daily decisions happen without waiting for meetings or emails between three different agencies.

How much did this cost?

When people talk about new brand sales in Pakistan, this is the question every brand owner asks first, so here is a straight answer for the ads part. In the last 30 days, MiniKo spent about Rs 83,000 on Meta ads, and Meta recorded about Rs 7.8 lakh in sales from those ads. That works out to roughly Rs 2,800 a day.

The cost of building the store, making content and managing everything is separate and depends on how many products you have and how much content you need. If you want an idea for your own brand, the honest way is to look at your products first, which is why we offer a free store audit before quoting anything.

Mistakes we helped MiniKo avoid

These are mistakes we see again and again with new Pakistani brands. Avoiding them was a big part of MiniKo’s result.

Launching ads before the store is ready. If the product page is slow, unclear or has no COD, every rupee spent on ads is wasted.
Boosting posts instead of running proper campaigns. The "Boost" button gets likes. Purchase campaigns in Ads Manager get orders.
Judging ads after two days. Meta needs time and data. We look at results over days and weeks, not hours.
Using one photo for everything. Fresh content keeps ad costs down. Old, tired ads get more expensive every week.
Counting only Meta's number. Always check real orders in Shopify too. Meta's report is useful, but your bank account follows Shopify.

How to use this plan for your own brand

You do not need a big budget to get new brand sales in Pakistan. Follow the same order MiniKo did:

Week 1 to 2: Build or fix your store. Turn on COD, add clear photos, add delivery and return details, and make the menu simple.
Week 2 to 3: Make content: clear product photos, photos of sets and combos, and a few short videos.
Week 3 onward: Start one main purchase campaign with a budget you can keep running every day. Add one combo offer. Keep tests small.
Every day: Check orders in Shopify and results in Meta, move budget to what works, and refresh ads that are getting tired.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, MiniKo did, but it was not luck. It needed a store that people trusted, good content, purchase-focused Meta ads and daily management. Results depend on your product, price and budget.

In our experience, 3x to 4x is a healthy start for most small brands. MiniKo’s main campaigns ran between 9.2x and 10.7x over 30 days, and the combo offer campaign was the best at 10.72x.

Start with an amount you can keep running every day for at least two weeks. MiniKo’s main campaign ran at Rs 3,500 a day. Spending a small amount for one or two days and stopping gives Meta nothing to learn from.

For most stores, yes. Almost all of MiniKo’s orders are COD. Offer card and wallet payments too, but never hide COD.

Shopify counts every order from every source. Meta only counts the orders it can link to an ad. Use Meta to compare campaigns and Shopify to see your real business.
